Shiny, Red Puffy Patch On Head Of Penis. Suggest Cream?
hi earlier this week I noticed a shiny red puffy patch on the head of my penis. it's about the size of a pencil eraser. and is not so much painful as it is overly sensitive. it is just above my circumcision scar. it tends to form a slight form of scab if I let it dry out for a couple days. and if I peel the little scab off it doesn't bleed. but is just very red and shiny. the whole little patch is also slightly raised. I've never encounterd this before. I'm pretty sure it's not an std. but probably a rash of some sort. but am wondering what type of cream I could perhaps buy to clear whatever it is up. if need be I could send you a picture.

Take care for local hygiene, clean it with anti septic liquid or soap.Keep it dry.Avoid tight under garment, avoid sex till get complete cure. Apply anti fungal/anti bacterial cream on it regularly. Start complete course of oral anti fungal/anti bacterial. Nsaid to subside pain and inflammation. Consult dermatologist for further guidance and proper medical management.
