Shingles Under The Arm Pit, Redness Over Arms, Sides Of Chest To Shoulder With Pain. On Herpes Medicines. Is It Related To Shingles?

I have had shingles under my right armpit for 3 weeks now. Only a few spots, but the pain has been excruciating. Now a redness is circling my arm at the side of my chest sort of up onto my shoulder . I started my 2nd round of herpes meds today. I now have horrible pain in my ribs, spine and neck. Is that shingles related?
