Shin Injury, Swelling, Numbness, Pain On Applying Pressure, Bruised Ankle, No Pain On Walking. Crack Or Deep Bruise?

I hit my shin on a metal bar while messing around on a play ground two weeks ago and I still have a bruise , its swollen and numb but hurts if you push on it. Then today I noticed that the inside of my ankle is bruised now. It does not hurt to walk just if you push on the injured part of my leg. what could this be? a crack? just a deep bruise?

Yes this is likely a deep bruise or in medical terms we call a haematoma. It is a common problem when you injury your shin. The swelling can persist for a long time. The bruising around you ankle is likely from blood from the haemtoma tracking down your leg under gravity to the most dependant place.
