Shin Injury Due To Fall, Unable To Straighten Leg, Bruises, Cuts. Fracture?

Hi! I was running up cement stairs Saturday morning, missed a step and crashed, shin first into the stairs. Aside from the bruises, cuts and lumps I sustained from the fall, it is nearly impossible for me to straighten my leg withought experiencing extreme pain. Is this likely bruising, or does it sound as if something is fractured?

Dear Madam,

There is a possibilty that you could be sustained a fracture which requires evaluation.Till then do cold compressing and use naproxen as antiinflammatory.
