Sharp Shooting Pain At The End Of Frequent Urination, Followed By Lower Back Pain. Reasons ?
A friend of mine has a sharp shooting pain at the end of her frequent urination sessions, it is then followed with Lower back pain periodically. She says that the pressure she feels is almost like The feeling of pressure after having a baby and the feeling of your behinde detached from your body when you stand up... Please help her....

Sounds to me like your friend could be suffering from a urinary tract or bladder infection. I would advise you to take her to a urologist for a thorough examination, along with a urine analysis and urine culture study. This will help rule out/confirm the diagnosis, and also provide information on the most suitable antibiotic which would help cure your friend.
In the meantime please help her with plenty of water to drink and even cranberry juice if available.
