Sharp pains in my chest

I ve noticed just today while I was at work I had some sharp pains around my heart, and I had to stop and regain my composure for a minute before I was ok again. And just now while I was working out, I noticed some slight sharp pains around my heart as I was exercising. I have been exercising frequently recently, and my chest has quickly become much broader than it once was (that might be a potential factor), I am 17 by the way. I actually eat fairly healthy, I try to avoid fatty foods and normally eat organic things. (Though the past couple of days I have pigged out on candy, pizza, cheezeburgers, and ice cream, but only for my birthday, that is unusual for me) and I am in excellent shape. What might be causing this? Could a short relapse in my healthy eating maybe cause this sharp pains?

A NORMAL ANTACID MAY RID YOUR PROBLEM AS YOUR PAIN IS SHARP AND MOSTLY CAN BE DUE TO ACIDITY.
