A sharp pain is indicative that the pain is not ischemic in origin. But it can be due to an inflammation of the pleura or pericardium. Is the pain central ? Is it relieved when you lean forwards ? Have you done a recent ECG (after the pain had started) ?

Sharp pain you get some times due to gas. Do not lie down immediately after food. Whenever you get such pain, take fresh lemon juice with sugar and salt. Keep sipping like hot tea. If you get relief within ten minutes then you are having digestive disorder.
What is your EF or LVEF%? There are very good ayurvedic remedies to dissolve the blockages and improve the pumping capacity (EF%) of the heart. Check for more help. Get a 2D Echo with Color Doppler test done to find out your heart’s pumping capacity. You do not need a doctor’s prescription to do the 2D Echo.
