Hi dear your hypertensive and having pain in shoulder left side armpit, don't take it lightly it could be angina ,which is due to decreased blood supply to heart tissue, due to spasms of the arteries supplying blood to heart tissue or it could be increased blood pressure which produced ischemia to the heart tissue.it is alarming sign ,could cause mycardial infarction ,commonly called as heart attack.so get yourself investigated by cardiologist ,he may do your ECG, TMT ,ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY,OR even cornary angiography to loook for narrowing and blocked of your coronary arteries( heart vessel)
