Sharp Pain In The Breast And Stomach, Delayed Periods. Cause?
I can't tell if this is just my period or what but I've had really sharp pains in my left breast sporadically it last usually for a few seconds and it's happened about 4 or 5 times in the last week. I've also noticed that my urine smells stronger than usual and my stomach has been hurting close to where I suspect my ovaries may be. I'm two days late took two tests that came back negative and I did start to spot but then stopped. I've been sexually active for 9 months and I'm 21.

hi, pain in the breast i.e mastalgia, abdominal pains due to uterine contraction could be due to early pregnancy, and spotting could be due to implantation. get urine pregnancy test done with early morning sample, and take serum hcg levels to confirm. see your obstetrician immediately.
