Sharp Pain In Right Ovary Area Came On During Sex, Ovarian Cyst. Cure?

Sharp pain in right ovary area came on during sex, now 20 minutes later still pain. Have had ovarian cyst burst before and burst a blood vessel 7 years ago. This feels similar but this is nowhere near as painful. No shoulder pain yet. I also had an abortion almost 4 weeks ago but don t think it is related as I had no complications. I have also had endometriosis removed about 5 yrs ago.

hi..
you have pain during sexual intercourse..and you give history of ovarian cyst and endometriosis..
dysperunia(pain during intercourse) could be due to number of conditions like ovarian cyst, endometriosis, reproductive tract infection like gonococcal infection, trichomoniasis..
you have not mentioned about the history of any vaginal discharge..
see your gynaecologist for the examination, investigation for the cause of pain..
you need to undergo perspeculum examination, vaginal swab culture and sensitivity, ultrasound examination.. and mangement..
