Sharp Pain In Middle Back, Constricted Chest, Breathing Difficulty After Falling Down From Stairs. Solution?

Fell down the stairs. Landed on my back. The immediate pain was excruciating, felt a big pop and a crack. Couldn t move for several minutes. My chest and back both feel constricted. Its hard to breath. Pain is bad, but better than the immediate pain. I m having trouble breathing . Hurts when I breathe. Middle back, sharp pain

Hi,
From history it seems that you got severe strain on your back and chest muscles.
Possibility of having fracture of rib is likely.
Go for x-ray chest to rule out fracture.
Take some analgesic, relaxant medicine for relief.
Ok and take care.
