Sharp pain in lower right jaw, right wrist. On high BP medication. Causes for pain?

I ve been having sharp pain in my lower right jaw and right wrist simultaneously that lasts for a 30 seconds to a couple of minutes coming and going quickly. This has happened 3 times today. I m 42 and in fairly decent health per tests, etc. within the last 6 months. I do take linsinopril for blood pressure , but a very small amount 10mg per day.

For the time being you can have following drugs for temporary relief

1) tab Flexon MR - one tab twice daily after food

2) Tan pantop 40 mg - one tab before food

For further evaluation you can consult an ENt specialist
