Sharp pain in head, skin looks dead

Hello. Well I am an 18 year old male. I m normally healthy and of average weight . Recently I have been waking up very early with a pain that seems like its on the right side of my head. Everything from my temple to behind my right eye hurts very badly. It doesn t feel like a headache ( whicb I have a lot of). This pain used to be rare but this week its been happening throughout the day and every day. Also I was smiling and laughing very hard the other day and the pain kicked in and was very sharp and painful. I do not know what this is please help me. ALSO THIS IS PROBABLY NOT RELEVANT INFO BUT THIS MORNING I NOTICED TWO AREAS ON MY HEAD WHERE THE SKIN LOOKED DEAD (DARK N CRUSTY-and it doesn t feel like a tumor )
