Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

I suspect you may have Non cyclic breast pain.
Because you have unilateral breast pain and it is sharp in character.
Cyclical breast pain is bilateral and related to ovulation cycle.

Any breast pain may radiates to it arm right down to wrist and finger.

Fibroadenoma or cyst in breast is the usual cause for non cyclical breast pain.
Cancer in breast rarely cause pain and radiates to arm.

If you are my patient, i would do physical examination for tenderness, lump and discharge from nipple.
Then
I advise you to do ultrasound breast and Mammogram and consult your gynecologist for further management.

Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
