Sharp Pain During Urination, Abrasion In Penis Hole. Is It STD?

Hi I have a very sharp pain when I urinate. I have a sore tip and what looks like a tiny abrasion just on the inside of my penis hole. Sometimes the pain when urinating is almost unbearable. Other times it starts out painful and levels off. When I finish urinating it goes away for the most part. I believe I masturbated too hard and caused a bit of an injury there. Blood tests came back negative for STDs

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acquired severe Urinary Tract Infection with acute Urethritis.
Please get your routine Urine test and Urine culture done to trace out the organism causing this infection and the antibiotic to which they are sensitive to..
Start taking antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin along with urinary antiseptic Nitrofuarantoin twice daily.and urinary alkaliser like Citralka and switch on to proper antibiotic as per culture report after getting the culture report.
Consume more water.
