General & Family Physician Dr. CS Narayan's  Response
Contrary to the popular belief, most migraine headaches are from trivial reasons and are well controlled by drugs.
Don't ponder too much about the nightmare trigger. Severity depends on the clinical classification rather than trigger factors.
Get yourself treated at the earliest for prescription migraine drugs.
Avoid all those triggers you have carefully noted.
Improve your lifestyle - calming techniques too.
