Hello,
Welcome at HCM.

I have read complete details of your question.

If you are not having any problems previously then most probably this pain looks to be due to excessive working or exertion due to exercise.
Due to excessive exercise there is fatigue of muscles which are unable to perform well due to limitation of movements.

You should following to have relief in this-

-Do rest.

-Do warm water fomentation by putting your hand & forearm in warm water for at least 10 minutes for 3 times a day.

-Take a preparation of carnitine ,this may help you by supplying energy to muscles.

-Drink good amount of water .So that waste product of metabolism can be excreted easily.

Hope this all will help you.

With best wishes.
