Shakiness, Weakness. Taking Temazepam, Lorazepam, Stopped Medicines But No Change. Any Ideas?

General shakiness, weakness, and tired periodically every day, similar to but not quiet the same as hypoglycemia, which I have had for many years. Doctor believes it's related to my use of temazepam, which I stopped at that time (about 3 weeks ago), as well as the lorazepam I was taking for restless legs. No change in the symptoms. Very little sleep in the meantime (1 to 8 hours, usually less than 5 hours per night - rarely 8, often 2 to 4). Doctor said I could take Benadryl, but that didn't help and just left me feeling hung over for the first half of the next day.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
This may be due to withdrawal syndrome .
Main question is why , so restless and insomnia ( lack of sleep ).
Get in blood examination for C B C , serum calcium , potassium , sodium levels , SUGAR level.
Age and gender play an important role in diagnosis .
Upload all reports then , it will be possible to find out any diagnosis.
Good luck.
