HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It can sometimes be difficult to lose weight .
It is actually more effective to lose weight by changing your diet than by exercise alone.

Exercise can help along with the diet and is important in keeping the weight off and in heart health.

There are two main types of diet: low fat diet and low carb diet.

In both diets ,it would be important to cut out sodas/juices and use alot of water instead.

In the low fat diet you would reduce the amount of fat that you use by increasing the use of vegetables and fruits, eliminating frying, eliminating fatty meats, using reduced meat.
Use cheeses, milk and dressings that are low fat.

In the low carb diet you would reduce the amount of carbohydrates : reduce rice/pasta/bread/potatoes/biscuits/some cereals, use as much protein as you wish, use low carb vegetables.

You can determine which diet change is best for you.

I hope this helps
