Morning My name is Amanda 48 yrs I had an hysterctomy 3years ago with cervix removal also Since then I have piled on the pounds and with fat distribution on the front of my body mainly I have the symptons of menipausal and the doctor wants to put me on oestrogen but I feel I have an imbalance ofboth hormones and do not know what to do I have a healthy lifestyle but do have stress and do exercise 4 5 times a week
