i have sever itchiness and cottage cheese like discharge and i am dry what could this mean?

better consult gynecologist and get a check up and tests as advised
both the partners should take treatment
you may take tab azithral 500mg 2tab in empty stomach
tab fluconazole 150 mg single dose
tab fasigyn ds 2 tab single dose
vibact ds 1 tab daily for 10 days
local application of clotrimazole cream for 10 days
along with you can use clotrimazole vaginal tab for 6 days
essential to take treatment by the partner also
avoid sex till cured
