Hello Thanks for writing to H.C.M. I read your query regarding severe throat infection of your mother, unfortunately she is also having hole in her ear also. Her ear problem of perforation in ear drum needs operative intervention, but at the same time she is also having throat disease as thining of food pipe. Here I would like to tell you that her throat problem has to be treated first than after reconstructive ear surgery.
