Severe Stomach Pains, Constipation. Anything Serious?

Hello, I am 20 years old and have really bad stomach pains in my lower right hand side of my stomach. I ve has this for about 7 hours now, I felt sick at first but this has passed now, but I feel like I need to burp but can t and also I tried going to the toilet and was in even more pain whilst trying to poo. I don t know what this is or if its serious? What should I do?

Dear laura. You should go to hospital. It can be sign of appenicitis or gynaecologic infection issue especially if you have menstruation and pain while defecating. Please go to hospital where further tests can be done.Wish you god health.
