Pain at that level of the stomach could be due to peptic ulcer

or other stronger (non-NSAID) medications such as tramadol.
But what you actually need to do now is consult a gastroenterologist
who can properly evaluate you and determine the actual cause of your pain. You will require blood tests, endoscopy and physical examination for the cause to be determine.
