Severe Stomach Ache, Relief After Vomiting, Having Frequent Loose Motions. Medication?

My name is Anisha from Oman-Muscat in studying. My age 12 , My weight is 67 , my height 161.Well yesterday morning when I went to school i had a bad stomach ache then i went to the nurse she said vomit and come,after some time i vomited, then i had a bit relief , but when i reached home, i even had my lunch, in the evening I had loose motion till now early morning i was having continuously i didn't go to school cause of this reason. i have no other problems it just happened yesterday. Can u help me

it is stomacxh infection and hyperacidity causes vomiting and pain
need to use metronidazole 200 mg bd for 5 days
use antacid gel thrice a days 2 tsf tds
add antiametic sos if vomiting
sos antispasmodic tab can be given if pain
use non oily nospicy and non greesy food for few days
