hi I have gone through your mail and as have said that you are having nasal problem in the form of thick mucoprulent discharge, nasal obstruction
leading to difficulty in breathing.Beside this you are having infection in throat and chest.you have taken treatment but you can't get any relief. Considering your all symptoms it seems as you are having rhinosinusitis with it's complications. You are now advice to go for these basic investigations-(1) C.T.Scan paranasal sinuses
,(2) Culture and sensitivity of nasal discharge,(3) X-Ray chest PA view (4) Blood-C.B.C.,E.S.R.,blood sugar-F & PP,apart from this you should contact your E.N.T.doctor for clinical examination of your nose to rule out any polyp, deviated nasal septum
,growth, allergic changes because all these can give rise to prolong nasal discharge and sinusitis.Whenever alveolar border of maxillary sinus (sinus inside cheekbone) is involved in disease process patient always feel dental symptoms in the form of numbness
and pain in teeth
of upper jaw of same side. Thus by clinical examination one can get lot of information about your disease and after co-relation of examination finding with inferences of investigations one can make final diagnosis than only correct treatment may be plan.Thanks.
