Hello,

For painful period or dysmenorrhea, you can take combined drotaverine and mefenamic acid drug (like DROTIN-M) with antacid. Hopefully, it will reduce your pain.

Other things to undergo for reducing menstrual cramp:

1) Avoid tea/ coffee/ salt or salty food in the 2nd half of cycle.
2) Drink more water or fruit juice for better circulation.
3) Keep bowel habit regular. Take balanced diet with more vegetables.
4) Avoid mental stress by regular meditation or yoga.

Good luck.
