Severe Pins And Needles Pain From Breast To Hip On Right Side Of The Body, Tried Aspirin, No Help. Solution ?

I have what i consider severe pins and needles pain but only from my breast to my hip on the right side of my body. Sometimes it is just annoying, others it is very painful. Have tried Aspirin and it does relieve it somewhat. My first thought was shingles, however the pain has been there for over a month and no lesions or sores have appeared.

Hi Dear
Welcome to the Board of Health care Magic
Dear friend it appears to me that some of your nerves originating from segment of thoracic region are getting irritated at there outlet from the vertebral column.
You may get relieved with some muscle relaxant drugs, physiotherapy may help you a lot.
Hope your query is answered
Thanks
