Severe Period Pains, Backache, Bright Red Blood When Wiped, Pcos. Recommendations?

My last period was on 11/4 on the 4/5 I got really bad period pains and backache and bright red blood on the tissue when I wiped its not a period and I've not had the normal symptoms please help me the bleeding is very light and only on the tissue. I have pcos and can go 4 months without a period I have never been early before.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
PCOS can present with pain abdomen, scanty menstrual flow etc.
So you have to take treatment for PCOS decrease the symptoms and to regularize your cycles.
Try to maintain ideal weight for the height.
Check for anemia and thyroid abnormalities.
