Welcome to HCM.
I am suspecting urethral caruncle in this case, as it is common in post menopausal women. This presents with pain while passing urine and bleeding. Some may resemble cancer. Cancer has to be ruled out by biopsy
. For now, sitz baths will help relieve the pain.
Get an urine analysis to rule out urinary tract
infection(UTI). If UTI has been ruled out, then Topical estrogen
creams are helpful for this condition. If UTI is present, then get in touch with your GP for prescription of antibiotics.
