Severe Pain In The Left Foot With The MRI Test: Cortical Scelosis On Left Tibia, Diffuse Soft Tissue Edema In Ankle Joint?

Hi. I have severe pain in my left foot for the past 2 months. I went around many docs but no cure. Sometimes am unable to walk too. Doctors suspected it to be Goutia arthritis. Even after medication, my pain still persists. Yesterday I had MRI of the foot.
The report says:
1. Cortical scelosis noted lower end of left tibia and fibula
2. Diffuse soft tissue edema noted around left ankle joint.
3. The lower ends of tibia and fibula are normal on right side
4. The medial and lateral malleoli are normal on right side.
5. Tarsal and metatarsal bones are normal

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, this could be circulatory problem, elevation of leg is the best option with the symptomatic medicine, you can try Acetylsalicylic acid 300 mg just once in day, drink plenty of water, this could relieve the problem if this complaint persistence then Doppler study has to be done, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
