Severe Pain In Right Wrist, Right Foot, Toe, Heel. Working In Computers. Normal X Ray, MRI. Suggestions?

Hello, I have severe pain for 6 months in my right wrist, right foot, right big toe, heel and the left side of my right leg. I have been to 3 orthopedic doctors, physical therapist, and rheumotologist. All x-ray and MRI are negative! The pain started after working on the computer for 10 hours a day for a few months. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello,

If all the lab and radiological test are inconclusive of any definitive diagnosis then the pain what you're experiencing may be mostly related to stress due to long hours of work on the computer.

There are many things one tends to ignore while work like maintaining good posture and back support.

This increases the press points and causes pain.

You need to relax regularly with stretching exercise during work.

This will help improve your symptoms.
