1.Prasaranyadi Kashaya: Take 20 ml Kashaya (4 teaspoon) + 40 ml light Hot water and take it at 6.00 am and 5.00 pm in empty stomach. Take food only 1 hour minimum after taking kashaya.
2.Cervilon Capsule :Take 1 gulika crush and mix it with kashaya and take that twice daily.
3.Prasaranyadi Tailam + Karpasasyadi Tailam (body): Mix these taila's take 30 ml and make it Luke warm and apply it on entire body below neck. Keep the taila there for 30 minute do a light massage
and then bath in light warm water.Do it 5 times a week.
Step 1:- PROCEDURE FOR MIXING TAILAM
Take a stainless steel vessel dry it in sunlight or in fire for removing water content then pour the tailam from each bottle to it and mix it well, then pour it back to the bottle and store it in an area devoid of moisture and humidity
Step 2:- PROCEDURE FOR HEATING TAILA
Make a small steel bowl light hot in fire and put 6 teaspoon (30 ml) of taila (medicated oil) in it when it become light hot then only apply this taila on body, heat taila in this way only don't heat taila directly in fire. Bath in light warm water after applying taila and never bath in cold
water after applying taila on body. Do it 5 times a week.
