Severe Pain In Hip, Difficulty In Sleeping. Have To Do A Knee Replacement Surgery. Suggestions?

For past 3 weeks I have had severe pain in my tight hip xray shows nothing great difficult in finding a comfortable sleeping positon walking very badly with pain only comfortable in a recliner chair. 68 year olf female usually very active walks leader. Currently needing a left knee replacement having had right replacement 2001

Hi,
This seems to be due to osteoartheritis changes in your hip joint giving rise to this problem.
There might be having some osteoporosis of bones as well.
Go for physiotherapy.
Take branded high dose Calcium, vitamin A and D.
Avoid weight lifting and bending forward.
Ok and take care.
