Severe Pain In Clitoris, White Spots On Clitoris. History Of HPV. Causes For Symptoms?

Hello. I recently have had a very painful clitoris. I have taken warm baths to sooth this put today it is worse than ever. I seem to have three white spots on my clitorus one which looks like it may have either torn or burst. I have HPV and I am wondering if this may be a result of that? I am kind of freaking out so I am hoping to get some answers.

Hello,
Thanks for the query query,

Rarely, HPV could produce lesions on clitoris to cause pain.
You also need to get a STD profile to rule out other causes of painful lesions on clitoris esp herpes.
Its better to get a pap with colposcopy done as you are positive for HPV to rule out cervical pathology as well.

regards, Dr Nilofer
