Severe Pain In Both Hips, Legs Due To Bursitis. How To Relieve Pain?

I am a female (age 58) experiencing severe pain from bursitis in both hips, which were replaced last August. I am on my feet all day as a teacher. I climb the stairs a lot and have recently resumed sexual activity. The pain in both legs is excruciating. Besides rest, ice, PT, and taking anti-inflammatories, anything else I can do?

Hi, The pain might be due to inflamation of the newly replaced hip joints, and due to the swelling of the new joints.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and to be continued one injection every 10 days. anti inflamatory drugs. Thank you.
