Severe Pain Around Floating Rib, Loss Of Appetite

there is severe pain around the floating rib predominantly on the right side but the pain can be on either side and move to the abdomen , pain can reach from as high as 10 to 0.5 often lasting 5-10 minutes at an average, this has been occurring for 2 years and has been dismissed as growth pain, i am 16, female, not with child had a loss of appetite and have lost around 10lb in three weeks

As per your history there is possibility of costochondritis.
Medication like calcium and vit D will help You need to take analgesics.
Physiotherapy like USG,TENS will help in early recovery.
Till time take rest ,avoid lifting weight.
Hot fomentation will help in reducing pain.

Another possibility of liver dysfunction ,i will suggest to do ultrasonography abdomen for looking details.
