Severe Pain And Weakness In The Forearm After Blood Donation. Chances Of Nerve Injury?

I donated blood five days ago, and the phlebotomist injured my nerve. Ever since I have decreased strength in my forearm . Also there is pain if i try to lift or push anything. All my muscle movements are intact. The pain is on the inside of my forearm and becomes worse on extending or pushing something. Please advise what should I do?
