Did you have shoulder pain
and weakness prior to the Surgery? If yes, then you might have cervical spondylosis
. Cervical spondylosis with or without cervical disc prolapse
causes shoulder pain and weakness and could co exist with carpal tunnel syndrome
. In such patients, the pain persists inspite of surgery. I would suggest to get an Xray or MRI of the cervical spine
done to rule out this disorder.
For the meanwhile you can have any tablet with Vitamin B complex once a day daily for 2 months.
