Severe Menstrual Pain During First Day On Cycle, Lower Abdominal Pain, Back Pain, Vomiting. Cure?

im 14 years old and have been having severe mentrual pains for a few months not. im only in horrible pain for the first day, the others days r bearable. i have severe lower abdominal pains, severe back pains, and have thrown up from the pain. also about a week before i get my period a few times a day i willl have sharps pains in my lower stomach that only last a minute or so.

Thanks for writing your query.

Pain during mensturation is commonly seen and can be dysmenorrhea if the pain is very severe to hamper daily activities and is associated with nausea/vomitting.
It may vary in intensity from individual to individual.

You can take pain killer like Ibuprofen one tablet twice a day after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg for relief of pain. You can take Domperidone 10 mg once a day for vomitting.

If the problem perisists, get yourself examined by a Gynaecologist.
