Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
You may have a blood test for hcg to confirm or exclude pregnancy.
If the test comes positive, please start taking Folic acid supplement, then have an appointment with your doctor to do an ultrasound scan to confirm a healthy intrauterine pregnancy and exclude ectopic.
If the test is negative you may wait for spontaneous menstruation or go to your doctor to prescribe you progesterone to induce menstruation.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
