Welcome to HCM. What is your age....?? You have to start calcium,B12 and multi vitamin supplement. You can also take d3 injection every week and B12 injection every alternate day complete course under guidance of your treating doctor. For severe pain take oral nsaid with muscle relaxant and also apply nsaid gel locally for better relief. If it is persistent than go for CBC,URINE,USG abdomen and x-ray of that area. Ask your treating doctor and keep regular follow up.
