Hi there. I note your history with interest. You say you have been in a faithful relationship for the last 4 years so i recommend discussing this woth your partner & taking it forward. As for the lesions, from your history it is unclear when exactly they started & for how long they exist & do they disappear on their own & re-appear or if it is present constantly for a month, then it is unlikely to be herpes. Please upload a snap privately on the 'ask-a-specialist' premium package on & you may reach out to one of us. I also recommend a scraping & microscopic examination of the region or any discharge . You may ail from a fungal infection or trichomoniasis or a mixed infection & the treatment would vary. Please let us know which area you hail from & we can recommend a dermatologist nearest you. Cheers & relax..dont search everywhere..the more you research, the worse you will feel. Go fix an appt & see your doctor!
