Hi, thank you for writing to Healthcare Magic.
With this presentation, I think you have what is called tension-type headache or accommodation (eye) problem. In some people, tension headaches are caused by tightened muscles in the back of the neck and scalp resulting from inappropriate rest, overexertion, stress, anxiety and fatigue just to name a few. Treatment may involve taking pain relievers, muscle relaxants or antidepressants. In my opinion, I would suggest you first see an eye specialist to rule out any eye problem and then place you on drugs that are more effective.
I hope I have answered your query
I wish you good health
