Severe Headaches, Memory Loss, Neck Pain, Dizziness. Causes And Treatment?

HI Thanks for taking time to read my email , i am a 43 yr old female whom over the past yr plus have been suffering from severe migraine type headaches , recently i have been have trouble with short term memory loss , pains in back of neck right side , and the latest finding wrong words to say and ear ache not in the ear but round the rim , the feeling as if someone hit me with a bat .every time i eat i have hiccups which makes headache worse , last mri was 4yrs past so i hardly think anything serious , but very annoying as i run my buisness and its becoming annoying as i feel dizzy at times . what would you possibly suggest i do . cheers

your symptoms suggest a brain problem/ lesion , especially with word finding difficulty.
what was MRI done for earlier? report?

pl. see a neurologist/ physician to rule out a brain lesion.
