I have severe headaches in back of head. My right eye twitches with pain in my neck. They were treating me with topomax at night. And imitrex for migraine thinking I had rebounding headaches. The pain has not went away. The cat scan at the hospital before i went to the neurologist said it showed a small abnornalality and it could be three things swelling, loss blood or nerves
