ENT Specialist Dr. Naveen Kumar's  Response

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
This can be sinus related or a symptom of any other underlying disease condition. I would suggest you to get her thoroughly evaluated by a good ENT specialist, she will require nasal endoscopy to find out the cause of nasal bleed and also headache. Any more doubts you are welcome.

Take care
Dr. Naveen Kumar
