Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Yes, it could be a migraine. you have to check/ prevent provoking factors like avoiding irritating light and sound and increased exercises triggering migraine.. Can do some gentle neck stability exercises and eyeball movements in all directions. Physiotherapeutic manipulation, massage, relaxation techniques, and some pain relieving modalities like interferential therapy (IFT), pulsed ultrasound therapy, long wave diathermy over trigger points are helpful. Early management could give reduction of symptoms at least 50% and in few patients symptoms free also. But preventive measurements have to be taken care in future also to avoid recurrence.
wish you a painless life ahead....
