Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

First of all, I would like to reassure you that there is no need to worry about the absence of a lump after head injury.

Formation of lump depends on the type of injury, such as soft tissue injury or fracture or hematoma formation (accumulation of blood clot under the skin).

So, it is fairly normal not to have a lump after injury. There is no need to worry about it.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
