Severe Hair Loss, Scalp Visible, Mild Dandruff. Using Ducray Anastim Lotion, Follihair Vitamin Tablet, No Difference. Solution?

Hi Doctor,
I'm experiencing hair loss for about 10yrs now....Initially it was not that bad....now its really bad that everyone who stands even 10 feet away from me can see my scalp which has lost almost all hair, especially in the top of head.
After delivery of my daughter its even more bad. Its 3yrs since I delivered. Now its very bad that am embarrassed to go out and face people. I have mild dandruff and severe hair fall with clearly visible baldness in the top of my head...
I have been using Ducray Anastim lotion and Ducray anaphase shampoo and Follihair vitamin tablet for my hair growth. But I see no difference in the past 5months(I've been using it for 5months).

Can you tell me if this would really help my hair loss problem to be solved?
Now am thinking of trying Potent Black Castor Oil AND Hair Essentials.
What do you suggest?

Hi.clear visible baldness on the head is clear indication of androgenic alopecia.or male pattern baldness.only minoxidil works in the above mentioned condition.along with iron and biotin supplementation.manexil 2percent gel twice daily atleast for 3-4months can help along with follihair.neurokind plus once daily can help.use a good shampoo like saliblu or noskurf applied over the scalp in night and washed off in the morning with a mild shampoo
